Great advice. I’ve just started using WP this year after 12 years with Frontage. After a short learning curve, I love it. Just the ability to change the look of my entire site in one minute flat is incredibly empowering.

Another great post and great points! Sounds like you are venting here ;). But yes, innovation is a scary subject for many here in the Valley. I see the ‘mouse on the spinning wheel’ mentality in other businesses here as well.

On a positive note, it is great to have shining stars who call the Valley home and are determined to make it a better place. People like you, Phil, and many others.

Now, if I can just get my boss to read this article…

i think that it should be better solution for getting array:

string[] separator = new string[2] { “section[]=”, “&” };
string[] sectionIdArray = sectionIdQueryString.Split(separator, StringSplitOptions.RemoveEmptyEntries);

with php it was more elegant: http://www.webresourcesdepot.com/dynamic-dragn-drop-with-jquery-and-php/

it already bring array from request.form

i tried: int[], array and arraylist but without success :(
